4 step-by-step effective weight loss strategies
Being a foodie is one of the big troubles since the controlling power is immensely low that makes it simply impossible to lose weight. This winter season I have already gained 5kgs and maybe a more 5kgs if my brown punjabi parent would continue arranging too heavy lunches and dinners. I believe that winter season is more for people like me who eat doubly harder and then stress themselves with fitting in their summer clothes.
I was served with hot pizza few hours before I stumbled over my bed. Here I made a mistake that became the mere reason for the weight gain this month. Losing weight immediately in any stage of life is not really easy. Have you read about weight loss journey of one of the great actresses of bollywood- Kareena Kapoor? Even she hasn't ever rushed to lose weight.
What weight your body should carry?
There are times when we are more concerned about our changing body structure that sometimes makes us "overweight" and sometimes "underweight". Believe me both are not acceptable and may show it's impact in the nearby future. Upon searching for hours, i discovered that the best way to find out your ideal weight is by calculating Body Mass Index (BMI).
What is Body Mass Index (BMI)?
Body Mass Index is a body fat measurement technique, utilized mainly to discover if the body weight one carries is healthy enough to be maintained.

While planning to lose weight, i will make sure that i won't rush for it since any work done in a haste have higher chances of going wrong. Just like me you might have also heard "exercise is the best way to lose weight", but trust me for i have gone through 100s of sites that says "exercise is never enough if there is no control over diet". One of the online nutritionist offered me a major tip i.e. taking eight hours sleep a day and drinking a lot of water. Since i have planned to lose my weight at home, the very first thing that i followed is the creation of a diet plan that is easier for me to follow. It is a fact that whenever we plan to start something new, our excitement level make us add all those things to our plan that is nearly impossible to fulfill. Keeping this in mind, i have prepared a simple plan that is effective enough to help me 1kg a week at least. Below is my plan attached, get yours prepared in the way you can continue with it.
Portioning plays a key role
While the research i carried out for choosing the best food for me to lose weight, i noticed that few nutritionist advice their patients to must go with portioning. This plays an important role in a way that the person will never intake all the food and fill their stomach completely. I have planned to eat 6 times rather than 4 times i used too, i.e. breakfast, lunch, snack time and dinner.
Motivation being the key factor
If its the first time that you are planning your weight loss journey, i am sure you are hell excited as i am. But how long will it last even you don't know.

In order to stay motivated, i have planned to keep myself in touch with ladies who are currently opting strategies to lose weight or ready to start with me. Outdoor workouts in winter can add a lot to your body as along with the warmth of the sun, your family can even get required minerals by the body.In the end, all that you have to carry is the positive attitude that can help you further in clean eating.
