Aerobics or Zumba?

Bringing changes to diet is sometimes not enough to lose weight πŸ˜‘. There is a lot more things being done by boys and girls where the popular ones are zumba and aerobics exercises. What confused me here is which one to opt πŸ˜–? For the sake of ending this confusion, I was able to motivate myself on carrying out further research.

Weight loss have been one of the major concerns for people across the globe like me πŸ‘Ύ these days to maintain a toned up body. They are actually more anxious about which exercise to carry out and whether it will prove beneficial for them? 

 
As far as Zumba and Aerobics are concerned, these are both considered as fitness workout but in two different ways. They are mainstreams of the western culture these days and also have a lot of similarity. You can say that where aerobics is a slow workout, zumba is an energetic one.

How Zumba Works?

Zumba- a workout inspired by Latin American dance, featuring movements. It is usually done with having an American background music that enhances the level of motivation at first and then raises the energy among dancers. Where some people can successfully do at home, people with lack of motivation like me 😴 are always in search of a centers where majority of others are doing similar task. Zumba is not really recommended for adults especially those with any physical or mental stress. Upon meeting one of the Zumba trainers, i discovered that ladies having c-section should also avoid zumba for a limited time period or until they feel totally recovered. In short, zumba exercise is the entire body toning exercise, usually preferred by those who are more of joining a gym or a club.    

How Aerobics Work?

Defining aerobics would be no difficult for me as it is a simple workout that includes few of the warmup exercises we were used to during our school assembly times 😜. One of my favorites is the "jumping jack" that i enjoy with all my siblings early morning these days. The best i feel about this workout is that it offers an opportunity to everyone to carryout workout for a particular part of body that actually requires some toning. Where plank helps in maintaining the posture of the body, squats and lunges helps in toning the lower body.

 

Final word     

Success with zumba is difficult to gain especially where there is no trainer available. Participants would definitely require 2-3 classes from an experienced trainer whereas aerobics can easily be done at home. There are 100s of videos available that can help one learn. As a beginner, i will always choose and recommend others to choose aerobics workout as a startup plan and feel the difference!
